The Choose Life License Plate -- all across our nation -- is a wonderful way to raise public awareness and much needed funding to support the positive choices of Life, Adoption and Safe Havens for unwanted pregnancies and newborns.
Administered by The Children First Foundation, the annual $25 renewal fee for each Choose Life License Plate is a tax-deductible donation that helps support every Pregnancy Resource Center, Maternity Home and non-profit Baby Safe Haven Program located within the Tri-State Area. Your annual donation to CFF will help fund over 250 pro-life agencies in all three states that so generously provide free, life-saving services, including counseling, temporary housing, utility bills, food, transportation, maternity clothing, and uncovered medical expenses.
